You will receive a preliminary construction cost estimate within 48 hours of submission, providing clear insight into expected project costs.
Following a consultation, we provide Level 2 and Level 3 detailed construction cost estimates, including scope clarification, and supporting project details, payment milestones
Once approved, we proceed with construction and project delivery in accordance with the timeline outlined in the detailed estimate. Best of all , if timelines are exceeded, a daily prorated compensation amount, as specified in the quote, will be applied until project completion.
